). Jim is friendly, personable and felt trustworthy from day one. He was SO helpful and went above and beyond for us in buying our first home. He was at every walkthrough and showing, guiding us and noticing things that I never would think to notice. He was always clear and quick with his communication and made us feel like his #1 priority. I expect them to treat me like a family member or good friend and as if I’m their only client. When I decided to move back to Columbia I chose Berkshire Hathaway based on their reputation and knowledge and trust in their ownership and realtors. Not only are these great people that I personally trust, but they are nose to the grindstone real estate bulldogs that I want in my corner for all the reasons and expectations previously mentioned.
